Event Policy
Parents/Guardians please note: Smiley Bear Entertainer needs to be informed prior to the commencement of an event if a child has special needs or additional help and the parent/guardian or a child minder must accompany and stay with the child at all times necessary. Little Smiley Bear (pty) Ltd will not be held liable for instances which may occur where relevant information is not disclosed. Little Smiley Bear (pty) Ltd do not accept responsibility for any accident that may occur during the party.
Booking and Payment Policy
Little Smiley Bear (pty) Ltd bookings: Deposit/s for all programmes; classes, camps and parties are non-refundable.
Event Bookings
By the attendance of children to any Little Smiley Bear (pty) Ltd class, camp, party or event Parents/Guardians acknowledge and agree that the children may participate in all Smiley Bear’s activities and are responsible for their behaviour irrespective, Little Smiley Bear (pty) Ltd does not accept responsibility for any accident that may occur during an event.
All event bookings must pay a non-refundable deposit as agreed with the Entertainment; the balance of the event booking is due on the day of event and can be given to the Smiley Bear Entertainer by cash, unless otherwise stated/discussed.
Party and Event Terms
The person/s who are hosting the party or event must advise the Parents/Guardians of the children/partygoers attending the party or event that their children will be participating in Little Smiley Bear (pty) Ltd party/event which by its definition has active fun activities and games.
Smiley Bear also advises the Host of the party or event that they must have enough adults (Ratio of 1 Adult per 10 children) to help supervise and manage the children. Adult supervision is to keep a watching eye on the children when participating in the events and activities in addition to supervising children sitting out await their turn.
We will not be held responsible under any circumstances for the following:
- Loss or damage to any property
- Late arrival of the attending party members
- Children/Teenage/Adults who wish not to participate in activities
- You the hosting party will be held liable for any damage caused to the staff/equipment (which includes mascot/s)
Smiley Bear is solely responsible for delivering it’s best to our clients, however we do stick to the allocated time frame/slot you have chosen.
